There is a span of a few minutes between our vegetable garden and your organic salad. The taste and the smell of the fruits of our garden will enchant you.
You can also participate in olive harvesting and attend the process of green olive oil and olive oil production in a local oil mill.
Marathon Eco Stay’s owner specializes in various recipes for edible olives. With him, you can make your own and, of course, he will disclose his recipe!
-The olive’s harvesting can be carried on November and December, so the people willing to participate have to declare their interest at least one month in advance. The appointment with the owner for the edible olives can be arranged upon your arrival and it can be valid from October until February based on the variety of the olives-
