• Guided tour in the organic cultivation farm

Visit a model farm of organic cultivations which clearly spread out the message of “clean“ food, environmental conscience and a lifestyle with real organic products. Watch the process of vegetable cultivation, grape pressing for excellent wines, traditional cheese production of pure sheep or goat milk and olive oil production. At the small stone house within the farm, you can taste and buy all these unique products and – why not? – use them to prepare the traditional recipes suggested by Marathon Eco Stay in its fully equipped kitchen. -The tours are available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday by declaring your interest at least 10 days before your arrival, so that your appointment with the farm can be arranged-  

• Guided tour at the Marathon Eco Theme Park

In the one and only theme park of Marathon, you will get acquainted with ecological, geographical and cultural facts from all over the world, while you will have the chance to engage in its unique theme sections. Wander around the greenhouse that produces particular plant varieties and specializes in the aquatic ones, which are presented in large ponds with rare types of fish. Explore the Japanese garden, the bamboo forest, the small zoo, the ponds with the rare species of Japanese Koi, the Mexican landscape with desert plants and the cultivations of water lilies and lotuses. Interactive experiences for children and grown-ups include:

• Training on farming chores and weeding
